This chutney is also very simple and easy to make.There is no cooking involved.The blend of coriander(kothamalli)and coconut with some roasted gram makes a great combination for idlis and dosas.It comes in handy when you are in a hurry and want to save some time.

- 4Tbs Scraped Coconut
- 2tbs Roasted Channa dhal(pottu kadalai)
- Small piece of Tamrind
- Half bunch of Coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- A pinch of Asafoetida
- Two green chillies
