Nutella Truffles
I wanted to make a dessert for Christmas, that's easy and fast to make and at the same time my kids should like it.My neighbor, a french lady, brought us some homemade Macaroons and Chocolate Truffles for Christmas. That gave me an idea to try truffles and I looked for recipes and found a easy one. Here it is.....

Kulfi Ice Cream
Kulfi is Indian form of ice cream.It is my husbands favourite dessert.Whenever we go for a ice cream or dinner his choice would be kulfi.Yesterday being his birthday i thought i would make some.There are a few varieties of kulfi like mango kulfi,kesar kulfi and matka kulfi i have tried the normal one and it came out pretty good.Here is the recipe......

Mango Sago/Mango Sago Pudding
Mango Sago Pudding is a simple Mango Dessert which originated in Hong Kong, popular in the far eastern countries.It is actually made with Mango puree,evaporated milk or coconut milk.I have of course changed it according to my taste and made it.It tastes best when chilled.
I thougt this mango season i would try something new with ripe mangoes and here it is...

Shrikhand
Shrikhand is a simple to make Indian Dessert.It is rich and creamy sweetened yogurt with aromatic spices.Though it takes a long time it can be effortlessly made.It is very popular in Maharashtra and Gujarat western states of India).It is usually flavoured with cardamom and saffron but i have used only cardamom!!!you can adjust according to your taste.
It is either served with Masala Poori's or as a dessert.It is made during some festivals like janmashtami!!
It stays for a week if refrigerated so what are you waiting for just try this creamy Indian dessert and enjoy with some puris this summer!
