Besan Ladoo/Easy Diwali Sweets

                                                           It has been so busy with Navarathiri and Golu that I could not spend much time for the blog.The whole nine days were so hectic with people visiting and we were getting their vetrilai pakku ready and of course we were also visiting people almost every day.I made a Sundal on every single day and made Aval puttu on Friday.I wanted to make some easy sweet during Navrathri and i found this ladoo recipe apt during this season.It is very similar to Rawa ladoo and really easy and quick one to make.Here is the recipe for the ladoo.........

You will Need

  • One cup Besan flour
  • 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/5 cup Ghee
  • Two Cardamoms 
  • 10 Cashewnuts or more
  • Few Raisins

How to
1.Roast the besan in a dry pan in medium flame till a nice aroma comes.Keep stiriing continously so that it does not become dark in colour.
 2.Meanwhile powder the sugar and cardamom in to a fine powder.
 3.Break the casewnut in to small pieces and fry them golden brown add raisins also.
 4.Once the flour is rasted pour the ghee and powdered sugar and mix with a laddle. Allow it to cool.
 5.Once it comes bearlable temperature mould them in to small ladoos!!!!!
 Enjoy making these ladoos and distributing to your friends........
Notes
  • Roasting flour is very important so do not skip it.
  • You can reduce a little sugar quantity if you want.
  • If you prefer you can seive the flour after you roast it.
