Ingredients
For the filling
paneer | 150gms |
capsicum | 1 |
Onions | 2 |
Butter | 2tbs |
Cumin seeds | 1/2tsp |
Turmeric powder | A pinch |
Chili powder | 1/2tsp |
Garam masala powder | 1/2tsp |
Coriander powder | 1/6tsp |
Cumin powder | 1/6tsp |
Salt | 1tsp |
For the Roti
Maida | 150gms |
Wheat flour | 150gms |
Salt | 1/2tsp |
Oil | 1tsp |
Water | To Knead |
1.Cut the onions,capsicum and paneer into blocks.
2.Saute the paneer in butter.
3.Keep the paneer aside.
4.Heat butter again add cumin seeds fry onions.
5.Add capsicum,salt,turmeric,chili,coriander,cumin and garam masala powder and finally the paneer.
6.The filling is ready.
7.Knead the dough for the wrap and roll it out into a roti and cook on both sides.
8.spread the filling in the centre.
9.Roll it with the filling
NOTES
- I used half maida and half wheat flour so that the wrap is not too soft.
- Use butter instead of ghee so that it does not taste like a roti.
- Let the stuffing be a little dry otherwise wrap might become soggy.

egg roll is also made like this....adding vegetables....instead of paneer.
