Dates milkshake

My hemoglobin is a little low i have to do something about it.I was talking to a friend(priya) and she suggested me to have this dates milkshake and it really helps.As a child i used to hate milk.Now for health reasons i have to drink it and i thought would share this recipe with all of you  and a lot more of you would benefit.It tasted quiet good!!!!It is quiet simple to can use either sugar or honey for sweetness.

You will Need

  • Five Deseeded Dates
  • Quarter cup Warm milk
  • Three fourth cup cold milk
  • Suagar or honey to taste


  • Soak the dates in warm milk for 20 minutes.

  •  Blend the soaked dates with the milk and sugar to a puree

  • Add the cold milk and blend again and pour in to a glass.

Enjoy the tasty milkshake and its health benefits!


  • Use cold milk for better taste.
