Ghobi paratha







Ingredients
gobhi shredded    1cup
atta                      2cups
salt
turmeric powder  1/2tsp
chillie powder      1/2tsp
garam masala powder
jeera powder       1/2tsp
dhania powder     1/2tsp
coriander leaves
Method

heat little oil in a kadai add some jeera and shredded ghobi and add all the masala's and fry for few minutes and keep it aside and cool it.
make the dough out of atta little softer than the usual roti and keep aside.
roll out the roti keep some ghobi filling in the centre and close it again and roll ito a roti.
heat a tawa and put the roti on the hot tawa and cook on both sides with ghee or oil



serve hot with dhal,pickle or dahi.
