Method
1.Roast the things listed in the above table in one spoon of gingelly oil.
2.Grind it along with one spoon of cumin seeds into a coarse powder.
3.pressure cook the tur dal in the pressure cooker for 3 whistles.
4.Boil the vegetables with turmeric powder and salt.5.When the vegetables are cooked soft add the powder.
6.Add the cooked tur dal,allow it to boil for two minutes.
7.Season with the things listed in the table with the rest of the gingelly oil and add some lime juice if you like.
