More Keerai|spinach in yogurt gravy





Ingredients
Spinach(keerai)
1bunch
Cumin seeds
1tsp
Coconut scraped
2tbs
Green chilli
2
Rice flour
1tbs
Curds
3tbs
Salt
11/2tsp

To Season

Oil
1tbs
Mustard seeds
1tsp
Channa dal
1tsp
Red chilli
1
Asafoetida
A pinch

Method
1.Chop and wash the spinach and cook it till soft with salt.
2.Slightly mash up the spinach with the hand beater.
3.Grind coconut,cumin seeds,green chilli and rice flour.
4.Mix it up with curds and add it to the beaten spinach.
5.Heat up the mixture for few seconds without boiling it.
6.Season it with the things given in the table.
