Kiwi Fruit Juice

Kiwi is a perfect fruit for those living in the tropics.Being rich in vitamin c,it helps boost your immunity too. Kiwi juice is very light and refreshing and is the perfect choice to beat the summer heat!Though we are not a big fan of kiwi we wanted to try eating it in different forms.First i tried them in fruit salad and now i tried making the juice.

You will Need

  • 2 kiwi fruits 
  • Few Ice cubes
  • Sugar to taste
  • Water as required.

How to
1.Peel the skin dice the kiwi fruit and put them in the blender along with some water,icecubes and sugar.
2.Blend until smooth and pour in a glass.

Enjoy it chilled!!!!!!


  • Choose ripe fruits which are firm.
  • You can add other fruits like green apple or green grapes or even pineapple.
  • You can add a piece of ginger in the juice while blending!!!!
