Ingredients
Cauliflower | 1(med) |

Peas(shelled) | 1/2cup |
Capsicum | 1 |
Turmeric powder | 1/4tsp |
Chilli powder | 1/2tsp |
Garam masala powder | 1/2tsp |
Salt | 11/2tsp |
Coriander leaves | 1tbs |
oil | 2tbs |
Cumin seeds | 1tsp |
Method
- Dice all the vegetables
- Boil water put the diced cauliflower,potato,peas shut off the stove close the vegetables for ten minutes.
- Heat oil in a thick pan add cumin seeds and fry onions till brown and tomatoes till cooked.
- Add rest of the vegetables stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Add turmeric,salt,chilli powder and finally garam masala powder.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas.
