I like to include sprouts in a lot of dishes because it is"very healthy".This salad is a simple one and it becomes part of our menu at least few times a week.

How to
You will Need(serves4-5)
- One Carrot
- One Tomato
- One small sized Onion
- Half a cucumber
- Hand full of Pomegranates
- Hand full of Sprouts
- Salt to Taste
- Pepper Powder
- One tbs of Lime Juice
- One tbs of Coriander leaves
How to
- Dice all the vegetables into small cubes.
- Add sprouts and pomegranates.
- Add salt,pepper powder lime juice and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
