Sprouts Salad

                                                     I like to include sprouts in a lot of dishes because it is"very healthy".This salad is a simple one and it becomes part of our menu at least few times a week.


You will Need(serves4-5)

  • One Carrot
  • One Tomato
  • One small sized Onion
  • Half a cucumber
  • Hand full of Pomegranates
  • Hand full of Sprouts
  • Salt to Taste
  • Pepper Powder
  • One tbs of Lime Juice
  • One tbs of Coriander leaves

How to

  1. Dice all the vegetables into small cubes.
  2. Add sprouts and pomegranates.
  3. Add salt,pepper powder lime juice and mix well.
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
To Improve
  • You can add half a tsp of Sugar and half a tsp of chat masala powder and give a stir.
