Pink Guava Juice

                                                                           It is Guava Season now and you get both Pink and white Guavas in plenty.Pink Guavas are very aromatic.It can be eaten as a whole fruit or made in to juice,jams and jellies.Guavas are low in calories and fats but contain several vital vitamins,minerals and antioxidant polyphenollic and flavonoid compounds that play a pivotal role in prevention of cancers,anti aging,immune boosters.So what are you waiting for just juice up some Guavas every day and boost up your immunity this season.......








You will Need

  • Two to three Ripe Pink Guavas
  • Water
  • Sugar or Honey to taste
  • Ice Cubes(optional)

How to

1.Wash and peel the skin and chop the Guavas.
 2.Blend with water and sugar or honey
 3.Pass it through a sieve to remove the seeds.


Pour in to glass and add some ice cubes!!!!



Notes


  • You can add some Lime juice along with Guava
  • You can add some Chat masala powder for extra zing!!!
