Sweetcorn vegetable soup is a yummy soup with all the goodness in it.It is light and at the same time filling.It is a real treat for those who love Sweetcorn.I tried it for the first time and everyone loved it in my house.You have a few cheesy toasts with that and it becomes a meal!!!!

Garnish with spring onions if you prefer.
You will Need
- One Carrot
- Four Beans
- A small floret of Cauliflower
- Half a cup Corn kernels
- One can of Corn(creamstyle)
- Salt to taste
- One tsp Sugar(optional)
- Half to one tsp White pepper powder
How to(serves 4)
- Chop carrot,beans and cauliflower into very small pieces.
- Boil three cups of water and add the chopped vegetables and the corn niblets to it.boil for two minutes.
- Add the canned cream style corn,salt,pepper powder,sugar and give it a stir.Make a paste of the cornflour and water and add it to the boiling soup to thicken.
Garnish with spring onions if you prefer.
