Dry Fuit Ladoo

                                                       I recently had this dry fruit burfi from "shree mithai" it tasted so good and i could pop in few without any guilt.In an attempt to make something similar i tried thses dry fruit ladoos which is quiet similar in taste but not the shape.You can add few more nuts of your choice and make it more nutricious.Some people might add honey which is actually not required according to me.It is sweet enough and really satisfies your sweet cravings.!!!!!!

You will Need

  • 20 deseeded Dates
  • Handful of Almonds
  • Handfull of Walnuts
  • half handfull of Pistachios
  • Ghee just to roll


How to
1.Dry roast the nuts till crisp and allow it to cool a bit.
2.Deseed the dates and place it in the hand or normal belnder and mash it well.

Pond them in the mixer or chop them in to small pieces.
  3.Gather all the ingredients in a large wide bowl
4.Mix well with a spatula.
 5.Rub your hands with ghee and take a small portion of the mixture and shape it as you wish.
Enjoy the most healthy dessert!!!!!
Notes

  • It makes a quick and easy dessert with natural ingredients.After 2 days store in the refrigerator.
  • Add more nuts and seeds as you wish and you can add raisins also.
  • For extra flavour you can add cardamom powder,nutmeg powder etc.
