Tomato Salsa

After the extra binging on sweets and  savories it is time for some simple food  now.I guess even the recipes !!!!I bought some Canapes in a Diwali bazaar so  I just made this Tomato Salsa to go with it which is very very simple to make.

You will Need

  • Three to Four Ripe Tomatoes
  • One Red Onion
  • One Green or Jalepeno Chilli
  • One tsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • One tsp Lime Juice
  • Half a tsp Sugar(optional)
  • Salt to taste

How to

  • Peel the Tomatoes and chop the roughly in to small pieces.Chop the onions and Chilli.
  • Combine all the ingredients in a wide bowl and allow it to sit for fifteen minues.
  • Serve with Tortilla chips,nachos or canapes(like i did)or even Masala Papads.

You can add some crushed garlic, some olive oil or some jalapeno Sauce according to your taste.
You can refrigerate it for sometime(for an hour may be) before serving.
