Cutlets can be called as a snack,starter or an apetizer.It is a combination of vegetables mixed with spices dipped in flour paste and coated with breadcrumbs and then fried in oil or shallow fried in a non stick pan.It can be used as patti for your Vegetarian Burger.

How to
Take a small portion of the vegetable make ball and flatten it and make it in to a patti.You can use a cookie cutter for perfect shapes.

- Few Potatoes
- One Carrot
- Half a cup Peas
- One Onion
- Pinch of Turmeric powder
- Half a tsp of Chilli powder
- One tsp of Garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Two tbs of Coriander leaves
- Few Bread slices
- 3tbs of Maida(flour)
- Oil to fry
- One tsp Fennel seeds
How to
- Powder few slices of bread preferably some hard slices
- Boil the vegetables in the pressure cooker for three whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan saute fennel seeds and add chopped onions.add all the other powders and saute for a minute.
- Add the onions,powdered bread and coriander leaves to the boiled vegetables and mash it up well.
- Dip each one in to a paste made with maida and water and coat it in breadcrumbs.Place it on a non stick tawa and fry it till brown.Enjoy as a starter or a evening snack with Tomato sauce
