Mango Salsa

Those who love a little sweetness in their food will definitely love this Mango salsa. It is a perfect Appetizer for the summer. It goes well with seafood but we are vegetarians, so we substituted it with some canapes and chips.

You will Need

  • One ripe but firm Mango
  • One small Red Onion
  • Half a Tomato
  • Half a Cucumber
  • Lime juice from One lemon
  • Few Mint Leaves(chopped)
  • Few Coriander Leaves
  • Two Jalapenos
  • Salt to taste
  • Chat Masala or Pepper powder

How to
Dice all the vegetables and fruits.Remove the pulpy part from the tomato.
Mix with all the other ingredients and allow it to sit for half an hour.(you can refrigerate if you want to).
Toss well and enjoy it with some chips, canapes , nachos, burritos or even taco shells.
The original recipe has jalapenos which I have replaced with green chillies and pepper powder with chat masala powder just to get a Indian taste!!!
