I have been making this soup quiet often now for two reasons one is all of us like to have a soup and second is i am trying all ways possible to improve my Hemoglobin so trying to include all kinds of food that will improve my hemoglobin.
My husbands Aunt(athai) advised me to have this soup regularly and she gave me this recipe too.I have included the main vegetables you can add some vegetables of your choice and taste.It does not have to always healthy right!!!

How to
Enjoy it when it is hot with crutons or bread rolls and butter!!!!!

You will Need(2-3 servings)
- 2-3 Ripe Tomatoes
- One Carrot
- Half a Beetroot
- One Onion
- One small Potato
- Hand full of peas
- Few Palak Leaves
- Salt to taste
- Pepper powder to taste
- Butter to taste
How to
- Peel the Skin and dice carrot,beetroot,potato and half the onion.Wash palak,tomatoes and peas.
- Pressure cook or boil them till soft.Say about for ten minutes
- Cool them completely peel off the tomato skin and puree them in a mixer.Do not throw away the water.
- Transfer to a sauce pan and bring it to a boil.Add salt,pepper powder and butter.You can fry some sliced onions in butter and add on top of the soup to enhance the taste.

Notes
- If you want you can strain the puree once before boiling.
- You can add celery to the soup while boiling which gives a good flavour to the soup.
- You can add some more vegetables like Turnip,Red Pumpkin,Cauliflower,beans etc.
