Guacomole/Avacado dip

Guacomole is a dip made from  ripened avacaodo. It originated in mexico. It is a very simple, healthy and non cheesy recipe with few ingredients.
I was not very familiar with avacado but as my kids are growing up i have to keep innovating new recipes.
You choose a ripened avacado by pressing the fruit and if it is a little soft on the outside and which has a dark colour skin that is when it is rightly ripened.

You will Need

  • One Ripe Avacado
  • One Onion
  • Half a Tomato
  • One Green chilli
  • One small Lime
  • Salt to taste

How to

1.Half the avacado and remove the seed.
2.Scoop out the pulp and mash it with a fork.
3.Chop the onion, tomato, green chilli and coriander leaves.
4.Mix it along with the mashed avacado pulp.
5.Squeeze lemon juice, add salt and mix well.

Enjoy it as a dip with any kind of chips!!!!
