Sweet dosai or vella dosai is a easy tiffin time snack for kids.It is my husbands favourite dosa!!!His grandmom used to prepare for him when he came back from school.It tastes best when eaten hot with a dollop of butter.

Boil one cup of water add powdered jaggery.Let it dissolve completely.switch off the stove.
Serve hot with butter.
You will Need
- One cup wheat flour
- One tbs Rice flour
- Half cup Jaggery powder
- one fourth cup scraped Coconut
- One pinch Cardamom Powder
- Ghee
How to
Boil one cup of water add powdered jaggery.Let it dissolve completely.switch off the stove.
- Strain it in another vessel and let it cool.
- Add wheat flour,rice flour,cardamom powder,scraped coconut and mixwith the jaggery water.
- Mix well without any lumps and if required add a little more water to get a pouring consistency.
- Heat a flat tawa and pour one scoop of dough on it.drizzle ghee on all sides and cook on slow fire.
- Turn it over and drizzle ghee again and cook for a minute and take it out.
Serve hot with butter.
