Carrot Poli is a new kind of poli i tasted in Savera hotel (restaurant )when i went for a party.I have not tried or tasted it before that.I tried to figure out the recipe and tried it at home.It is something new and very different and tasty.I really liked it so i thought i will make it and post it for all the readers and for my record. You can make it smaller or bigger as you like and as per the occassion. If there are too many items in your menu that day you can really make them small but if you are making only this poli you can make it a little bigger along with some vadas which would make a delicious snack for you and for your guests.!!!!!!!!!

Bhatura or Bhature Recipe
Bhatura or Bhature is a deep fried Indian bread very popular in north India and especially in Punjab. It is very similar to poori which is made with wheat flour but the bhaturas are made with Maida(refined fllour).
It is usually served with Channa masala or Chole, some Sliced onions and lemon wedges. It is a very tasty dish and Most kids would love it.In restaurants they make a plate size Large Poori but at home people make half the size of it.
When we were in college chole bhatura used to be our first choice of order in the canteen and i am making this after a very long time so hoping to enjoy the bhatures with chole this evening.....

Lemon Sevai/Lemon Flavoured Rice sticks
This is yet another sevai recipe which is very simple. It is yummy, especially to those who like lemony flavour or who like traditional recipes. It hardly takes few minutes to prepare, if you have the rice sticks ready. You can have it with onion or vegetable raita, which makes it a wholesome meal by itself.
