  • A pinch of Asafoetida
  • Oil to Toast

How to
1.Gather gramflour,salt,turmeric powder,chopped green chilli,onion and coriander leaves in a wide bowl.
2.Add water and amke in to a watery batter.
3.Remove the edges of the bread slices and cut them in to triangles.
4.Dip it in to the gramflour batter and place it on a hot non stick tawa.
5.Drizzle some oil for it to cook.
6.Cook till both sides are brown in colour.
Enjoy the snack with some Tomato ketchup.
Notes

  • You can add some shreeded cheese on top of the toast to make it more tasty. You can add some chilli powder for extra spice.
  • When you dip the breads it might not absorb onion pieces and chillies just spread with your hand on the bread slices on the tawa or pan.
  • It tastes best when it is hot.

Hi, thanks for sharing this bread recipe in such easy steps. This has become a main-stay in my kitchen since the day my kids had it for the first time. Tonight I am going to try my hands on Basmati Pulao Recipe . Hope they would love this rice pilaf too.
