This is the most simplest pulao i have made.I bet it is a Favourite dish in any party menu. This is the season where you get lot of fresh green peas so decided to make it today.I added a little mint leaves for additional flavour.You can have it with any kind of Dal.
You will Need
1.Heat oil in a pan crackle cardamom,cinnamon,cloves and cumin seeds.
2.Add sliced onion and slit green chillies and fry till slightly brown.
3.Add ginger garlic paste,peas,mint leaves and salt and fry for few minutes
4.Add the washed rice and water and pour it into a electric rice cooker.
Suggestions
You will Need
- One cup Basmati Rice
- One onion(sliced)
- Half cup peas
- Two cups Water
- Two Green chillies
- One tsp Ginger garlic paste
- Two tbs of Mint leaves
- Salt to taste
To Temper
- Two tbs of Oil
- Two Cardamom
- Four Cloves
- One small CCinnamon stick
- One tsp of Cumin seeds
How to

Suggestions
- You can make this directly in the pressure cooker too.
- If you are making in pressure cooker soak the rice for 20 minutes.
