Eggless chocolate Nutella Banana Cake

                                                          Chocolate cakes are one of the favourites in our house.My girls are fond of chocolate flavour be it ice cream or cakes.I wanted to try few cakes for this christmas season and was wondering how to do them without eggs.I just found out from one of the chefs in FoodFood channel that bananas are best replacements for eggs in the cakes so why wait i just tried out this cake and it came out so  soft and yummy.

You will Need
  • 1 and 1/4 cup Flour
  • 3/4 cup Sunflower Oil
  • 2 Ripe Moris Bananas
  • Few drops of Vanilla Essence
  • 2 tbs of Nutella
  • 3/4 Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 Tbs Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Milk
  • Hot water


How to
1.Grease the baking tray with oil and keep it ready.
 2.In a blender take bananas,nutella,oil,
 3.Cocoa powder,sugar and milk,vanilla essence and blend the mixture.

 4.Seive the flour with baking powder and baking soda.
 5.Pour the puree in to the flour.
 6.Combine and mix both.
 7.If the mixture is thick add hot water and bring it to pouring consistency(like dosa dough)

8.Pour it in to the tray and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
 9.Allow it to cool and cut it into desired sizes and decorate them as you wish.



Notes

  • Use hot water to get the right consistency.
  • You can add some chocochips to the cake mixture finally before baking.
  • You can use wheat flour instead of Maida to make it a little healthy.

You can add 2 tbs of nutella
