Gooseberry Raita/Nellikkai pachidi
You will Need
- Four Gooseberries
- Half a green chili
- Atbs of Scraped Coconut
- One tsp of Urad dhal
- Salt to taste
- Small piece of Ginger
- One tsp of Coriander leaves
- One tsp of Oil
- One tsp of Mustard seeds
How To
- Boil the gooseberries with salt until soft.Cool it and remove the seeds.
- Grind urad dhal,chili,ginger,coconut,coriander leaves to a paste.
- Add the boiled gooseberry and grind again to a coarse paste.
- Mix with curds,add salt and temper with mustard seeds.
