Gooseberry Raita/Nellikkai pachidi





You will Need

  • Four Gooseberries
  • Half a green chili
  • Atbs of Scraped Coconut
  • One tsp of Urad dhal
  • Salt to taste
  • Small piece of Ginger
  • One tsp of Coriander leaves
  • One tsp of Oil
  • One tsp of Mustard seeds
How To
  1. Boil the gooseberries with salt until soft.Cool it and remove the seeds.
  2. Grind urad dhal,chili,ginger,coconut,coriander leaves to a paste.
  3. Add the boiled gooseberry and grind again to a coarse paste.
  4. Mix with curds,add salt and temper with mustard seeds.
